How do I scan a card?

Sign in, go to the Scanner, and point your camera at the front of the card. SnapSlab's AI will identify it and pull a live market price. Hit 'Save' to add it to your library.

How many scans do I get on the free plan?

Free accounts include 10 AI scans per month. Your scan count resets at the start of each calendar month. Library storage — viewing, searching, and managing saved cards — is unlimited on all plans.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Go to the Pricing page and click 'Upgrade to Pro'. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Pro gives you unlimited scans for $3.99/month.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to the Pricing page and click 'Manage billing'. This opens the Stripe Billing Portal where you can cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

If you have not used any Pro features (i.e. you haven't scanned beyond your free allowance), you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. Contact us using the form below.

Which trading card games are supported?

SnapSlab supports 17 TCGs: Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, One Piece TCG, Flesh and Blood, Weiss Schwarz, Digimon Card Game, Cardfight!! Vanguard, Final Fantasy TCG, Dragon Ball Super: Fusion World, Battle Spirits Saga, My Hero Academia CCG, Sorcery: Contested Realm, Union Arena, Grand Archive TCG, and Star Wars: Unlimited.

How accurate is the AI identification?

The AI is highly accurate for most cards but may occasionally misidentify unusual variants or heavily damaged cards. If a card is identified incorrectly, you can edit the details in your library.

How do I delete my account and data?

Contact us using the form below and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
